School Introduction
This school is one of the ""Atholhu Madharusa"" among first 3 atoll schools constructed under the Japanese government grant aid. It was laid its foundation on 20 January 1981 and officially inaugurated on 7th March 1982. Initially this school started as a primary school to provide Basic Education to the students of Vaavu Atoll and then transformed into the Middle school in 1998 and finally started Secondary Education in 2002.
