Imaduddin School was named after the great leader Al Sultan Shujai Mohamed Imaduddin the 1st, Siri Kula Sundhara Kattiri Bavana Mahaaradhun. The Foundation of the school was laid by Minister of Education Dr. Mohamed Latheef, on 26th October 1998. School was officially opened by H.E Maumoon Abdul Gayyoom on 5th September 2001.
