A total of 20 school principals from across the Maldives participated in a week-long Principal Leadership Training Programme held at KIU, Sri Lanka.
The programme aimed to strengthen school leadership and management capacity by enhancing the professional skills of principals through modern leadership practices and strategic planning approaches.
Throughout the programme, participants engaged in lectures, interactive workshops, and collaborative sessions focused on effective school management, instructional leadership, and innovation in education.
The training provided valuable international exposure and practical insights, equipping principals with the knowledge and skills to further strengthen leadership and improve educational outcomes in schools across the Maldives.
