School Introduction

Uligamu School was originally registered as Maktab-ul-Ahrar on April 28, 1980, and was renamed Uligamu Makthab on June 11, 1980. It became Uligamu Madharusa on June 2, 1999, and adopted its current name, Uligamu School, in 2003. The school became a government institution under the Ministry of Education on August 1, 2005, and now offers education from preschool to grade 10. Uligamu School students have consistently ranked among the top ten in secondary school examinations, earning the School Progress Award and School Achievement Award for their excellence. In the 2021 SSC and O/L IGCSE exams, all participating students achieved a 100 percent pass rate.
