Makthab-ul-Jalaaliyya, the first school in H.Dh. Kurinbee, was established on May 19, 1969, and has experienced significant growth since then. In 1994, with support from the non-governmental organization VSO, the current school was founded. It was renamed Kurinbee Makthab on October 4, 1995, and later became a government institution, changing its name to Kurinbee School. Initially, it offered education from L.K.G to Grade 7, adding Grade 8 in 2006 and forming a school board and PTA in 2007. In 2008, the school became a GCE O/L center, with students taking their first exams that year. From 2016 to 2021, the school maintained a 60% pass rate in secondary examinations, which improved to 89% last year, thanks to the efforts of students, teachers, and parents. A notable achievement occurred in 2020-2021 when a student ranked in the national top ten, followed by another student achieving third place in 2022-2023.
