"Transformative School Leadership and Pedagogical Innovation" Workshop Successfully Concludes

A two-day professional development workshop titled "Transformative School Leadership and Pedagogical Innovation" was successfully held on August 23 and 24, 2026, at Shaheed Ali School. 

The event targeted key educational leaders across the Malé area and brought together 115 participants, including leading teachers and deputy principals, to explore modern educational practices and strengthen institutional leadership.

The interactive sessions were facilitated by Dr. Sazali Yusoff، a Senior Lecturer at SEGi University, Malaysia. Throughout the program, Dr. Yusoff focused on equipping school leaders with actionable tools to address evolving classroom dynamics and administrative demands in contemporary education.

Participants engaged in focused discussions designed to enhance strategic management and adaptive leadership skills tailored to school environments. The workshop provided a valuable platform for identifying modern pedagogical methodologies, facilitating peer dialogue to exchange practical classroom experiences, and establishing collaborative frameworks aimed at elevating instruction standards across participating schools.

The workshop was jointly organized through a collaborative partnership between the Ministry of Education, Eduvest, and SEGi University, Malaysia, reflecting a shared commitment to continuous professional development and capacity building within the national education sector.
