A workshop on Enhancing Leadership for Raa Atoll Schools, has successfully concluded. 
This workshop held in R. Ungoofaaru  gathered 34 participants, including principals and Leading Teachers from 16 Schools, with the aim of updating and enhancing the skills and knowledge of educators in leadership positions.
The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Baalasandhura from Malaysia. His expertise will guide participants through crucial topics designed to strengthen leadership skills in areas such as school improvement, supervision, goal setting, and effective interpersonal communication.
The primary objective of the workshop is to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within educational institutions. As the field of education continues to evolve, initiatives like this are essential for ensuring that school leaders are equipped to face challenges and inspire their communities.
Workshops from this series has been conducted in Male' City, Addu City, Fuvahmulaku City, GA, Gdh, Vaavu, Kaafu, Alif Alif, Thaa, Meemu and Laamu atoll school leaders too.
