A Workshop on Enhancing Leadership for the school leaders of B and Lh atoll, has successfully conducted. The two-day workshop, held at Baa Atoll Education Centre, is attended by a total of 49 participants, including principals and leading teachers from 16 schools across the two atolls. 

The workshop was facilitated by Professor Prasad Sethunga, the Director General of the National Institute of Education in Sri Lanka. The main objective of this workshop is to share information about modern and innovative approaches used in school management with principals and familiarize them with these concepts. Additionally, the workshop aims to create a strong network among the participants, paving the way for future collaboration, assistance, and information sharing. 

Workshops in this series have been conducted in GDh, GA, K, Male' City, Addu City, Fuvahmulah City, as well as in AA, V, M, F, Dh, and R atolls.
