President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has officially inaugurated the new school students’ camping area established at Crossroads Maldives.
The newly developed site was created to address the long-standing challenges faced by Cadet, Guide, and Scout students in Malé, who have been without a dedicated camping space for the past 15 years. This marks a significant step in the government’s ongoing efforts to provide students with broader opportunities for learning and experience.
In addition to camping, the area can also be used by students to carry out research related to various academic subjects.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Minister Dr. Ismail Shafeeu, along with senior officials from the Ministry.
