Speaking at a session of the People's Majlis, Minister Dr. Ismail Shafeeu stated that projects in the education sector are progressing as planned. In this regard, the Minister highlighted that infrastructure development work, the "Cool School" project, and other programs are being implemented in line with the President's pledges.
 
The Minister said that under the "Cool School AC Project," it has been decided to upgrade the electrical networks of schools. According to the Minister, many schools face issues with their electrical networks, and he noted that some of these schools are 30 to 40 years old. However, the Minister stated that if any issue arises that disrupts the teaching process, it is being resolved, even if not through this project.
 
The Minister further revealed that the Education Ministry has paid all outstanding debts from the previous government except for MVR17 Million.
