Parents and schools must build a strong bond to support children’s education, Minister Dr. Ismail Shafeeu said.
In his special message to mark the beginning of the new academic year, the Minister stressed the importance of cooperation between families and educational institutions. He highlighted that it takes the collective effort of everyone to nurture students into academic achievers who are talented and prepared for life.
“When it comes to students, people must communicate and work together,” Dr. Shafeeu said. “We need to create a safe and supportive environment at both school and home, where students can grow, learn, and thrive.”
This academic year, more than 90,000 students are enrolled in schools across the Maldives.
