State Minister Hussein Saeed Mohamed has met with participants from the Maldives National Cadet Corps who will be attending the Republic Day Camp 2025, scheduled to be held in New Delhi, the capital of India.

The Maldives National Cadet Corps has been participating in this camp for the past 14 years. This year's participants include four cadets—two male and two female students.

During the camp, participants will have the opportunity to meet with senior Indian officials, including the President of India, the Prime Minister, and the Director General of the National Cadet Corps.

Additionally, the cadets will visit famous historical sites in India, such as the Taj Mahal in Agra and Qutub Minar in Delhi.

This camp is considered an important opportunity for Maldivian cadets to learn about Indian culture and history, while also strengthening the relationship between the two countries.
