The "Senior Leadership Enhancement" workshop series for the Principles and Leading Teachers has been successfully completed. The closing ceremony of the workshops was held at the Atoll Council Seminar Room and was officially inaugurated by Minister of State for Education, Dr. Ahmed Mohamed. 

During the event, Mr. Abdullah Ismail, Education Development Professional at the Ministry of Education, delivered a comprehensive summary of the workshop series. Additionally, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education outlined forthcoming professional development initiatives designed to further enhance the education sector. The ceremony was attended by senior officials and department heads from the Ministry.

The sessions of the workshops, which aimed to enhance the capacity of school heads and establish a robust supervisory system in provincial schools, were led by technical experts from the Maldives, Malaysia, and South Africa. A total of 2800 delegates including principles and leading teachers from all 19 atolls participated in the sessions.
