A two-day leadership enhancement workshop for school principals and leading teachers from Faafu and Dhaalu Atoll Schools concluded successfully at the Dhaalu Atoll Council Seminar Room. The workshop saw the participation of 32 educators, representing 11 schools from the atoll.

The sessions were conducted by Senior Lecturer Balasandran from the Aminuddin Baki Institute, Malaysia. The primary focus was to introduce innovative methods and strategies for effective school management, alongside the use of data to develop comprehensive School Improvement Plans.

Additionally, the workshop aimed to foster collaboration and networking among participants, enabling mutual support and sharing of best practices in the future.

This workshop is part of a larger series previously conducted in Gaafu Dhaalu, Gaafu Alif, Male’ City, Addu City, Fuvahmulah City, as well as Alif Alif, Vaavu Atoll, Meeu and Raa Atoll. The initiative continues to strengthen leadership skills and promote innovation in education management across Maldives.
